Delivery and Shipping

HANNÈS&CO aims to deliver your purchased items as quickly as possible.Your order will be processed once the transaction is complete. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier and tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 5 business days for order dispatch. Note that delivery times are guidelines and start from the dispatch date. HANNÈS&CO cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.

HANNÈS&CO does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are instock or available for immediate purchase. Any product not in stock will also adhere to the aforementioned shipping timeline.

Made-to-Order Jewellery
Jewellery that is made to order requires additional time to produce. Each piece is crafted
with precision and care to meet your exact specifications. Please allow for extended
production times, as we take the utmost care to ensure the highest quality. Made-toorder items are typically shipped within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates
The following shipping rates will apply:

  • Belgium / the Netherlands
    • Free delivery for all orders.
  • France / Germany
    • Free delivery for orders over €1,000.
    • Standard delivery charge: €10
  • Rest of EU & UK
    • Free delivery for orders over €1,750.
    • Standard delivery charge: €20
  • Worldwide
    • Free delivery for orders over €2,500.
    • Standard delivery charge: €30

We work with reliable courier services, including UPS, DHL, DPD, and bpost, to ensure
timely and secure deliveries.

For all countries outside of the European Union, please be aware that any additional customs fees, taxes, and/or import duties applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These costs vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical
address for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. HANNÈS&CO products must be returned in perfect condition—unused, unworn, and uncleaned. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and bags fully intact. We are not responsible for any loss of return packages during shipping. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges and any additional customs fees, taxes, and/or import duties incurred when returning products.

To initiate a return:
1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

2. Ship the returns/exchanges to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

3. Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will send an email confirming receipt of the items.

HANNÈS&CO will issue a refund for the full amount of the returned products within 30 business days of receiving the items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the initial shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount, and HANNÈS&CO will not be responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or charges incurred.

Custom-made orders and gift cards are excluded from this return policy.
